In the middle of 2022, StreetCo was contacted by Soixante Circuits to collaborate on a corporate event held in Paris, specifically at the Galeries Eric Dupont.

Soixante Circuits is a creative studio that specializes in video content creation and offers immersive and innovative experiences. Their clients trust them with the management of their image, focusing on evolutionary designs of spaces, retail experiences, and the creation of innovative objects and events.

Since 2008, Soixante Circuits has been deploying its expertise in custom, out-of-the-ordinary projects, making a name for itself in multidisciplinary development. Their ability to push boundaries has made them a leader in the creation of immersive and interactive client experiences, which have become increasingly popular in today’s market.

The event took place at Galeries Eric Dupont, a gallery founded 32 years ago by Éric Dupont. In the early 1990s, the gallery emerged as a significant space in Paris, showcasing young artists with a strong focus on formal research in pictorial expression.

This collaboration was an opportunity to bring immersive technologies into an artistic and cultural venue, blending the worlds of art, innovation, and client engagement.

In early 2022, StreetCo’ was contracted by Histoiresde and Isegoria to collaborate on a rental LED screen project for Groupe Actual’s booth at the legendary solo sailing competition, Route du Rhum, which spans from Saint-Malo, France to Guadeloupe.

StreetCo, as one of the few French LED suppliers with a diverse stock of uncommon LED products, was selected by Soixante Circuits to manage the digital aspect of their projects using LED screens.

Primarily based in France, Soixante Circuits was in search of a reliable partner for sourcing LED screens for their events. They were particularly interested in our indoor LED screens and interactive LED floors, both of which are known for their quality and versatility.

For this specific event, Soixante Circuits had several ideas in mind but, due to budget constraints, had to opt for a more cost-effective setup while still aiming to deliver an immersive and impactful experience. StreetCo provided a tailored solution that met their needs while staying within the budget, ensuring both quality and innovation were maintained.

Solution to install a Indoor LED Totem

Due to budget constraints, Soixante Circuits decided to rent four LED totems (1m x 3m H) for the event, which lasted just one evening. The goal was to create an impressive digital touch during the corporate dinner.

To meet their needs, we selected our best indoor product in stock: UPADIII P2.6, which is known for its high quality and visual impact. Each totem had a resolution of 384x1152p (x4), ensuring sharp and vibrant visuals for the event.

The LED totems were positioned just 1 meter apart from each other, allowing the client to display text, images, videos, animations, and more. The arrangement of the four totems created an immersive digital experience, enhancing the overall atmosphere of the dinner.

Materials & laboUr

After studying the feasibility of the custom solution at length with the engineers at Street Communication, the team settled on a solution of LED Totem. The resolution of the screens are 384×1152 per totem. Which is enough to broadcast what is intended by the marketing team and with a brightness of 900 nits ! A ceiling support structure is also studied at length until the end of the project to achieve a perfect result and integration allowing the client to see only the part desired by the architects.

Challenge to install a Indoor LED Totem

The main challenge for this project was to create an impressive and immersive digital setup within the client’s budget.

At Street Communication, we are always willing to make exceptional efforts in terms of pricing to bring great projects to life, ensuring the client receives the best value without compromising on quality.

A key part of this process was working with the custom video content. It was crucial that the content could be easily displayed across the LED totems. The studio worked diligently for a couple of weeks to convert the videos into a format compatible with the software running the LED screens, ensuring a smooth and seamless integration of visuals.

Impact : Install 4 screens

This LED installation made this corporate event/diner a very memorable moment. Soixante Circuits has proven that they are able to be creative even when limited by the budget.

LED screens in addition with a very nice video content is all you need to communicate and create an interesting customer experience.
