In the middle of 2022, StreetCo was contacted by Soixante Circuits to collaborate on a corporate event held in Paris, specifically at the Galeries Eric Dupont.
Soixante Circuits is a creative studio that specializes in video content creation and offers immersive and innovative experiences. Their clients trust them with the management of their image, focusing on evolutionary designs of spaces, retail experiences, and the creation of innovative objects and events.Since 2008, Soixante Circuits has been deploying its expertise in custom, out-of-the-ordinary projects, making a name for itself in multidisciplinary development. Their ability to push boundaries has made them a leader in the creation of immersive and interactive client experiences, which have become increasingly popular in today’s market.
The event took place at Galeries Eric Dupont, a gallery founded 32 years ago by Éric Dupont. In the early 1990s, the gallery emerged as a significant space in Paris, showcasing young artists with a strong focus on formal research in pictorial expression.This collaboration was an opportunity to bring immersive technologies into an artistic and cultural venue, blending the worlds of art, innovation, and client engagement.

In early 2022, StreetCo’ was contracted by Histoiresde and Isegoria to collaborate on a rental LED screen project for Groupe Actual’s booth at the legendary solo sailing competition, Route du Rhum, which spans from Saint-Malo, France to Guadeloupe.

Context / environment

For the renovation of the newly built hotel, ‘Le Meridien’ Seoul Marriot group contacted Street Co for a new design for the main entrance of the hotel.
The client wanted to have a cutting edge digital art piece to draw attention and have a social media impact where people will mark the location while posting online.
The content was made by Yang Minha who is a Professor, Univ of Seoul
New Media Artist / Generative Media Designer.
“Accumulation” symbolizes the history from Ritz Carlton Seoul to Le Meridien Seoul.
The LED light tunnel expresses the accumulation of time. The composition of the frames creates a sense of continuity and shows the locational context.
“Accumulation” has six sequences and each movie has an original theme: “Rise”, “Flow”, Accumulation”, “Dimension”, “Light” and “Overlap”.

Solution

Street communication specializes in design, production and installation of unconventional shapes for Indoors and outdoors.
Such as LED arch displays from Pitch 1.9mm to 12mm outdoor. Street Co’ can design any custom LED screen with any size and shape. We have a team of structural and LED engineers to come up with all calculations and engineering drawings.
We started with a prototyping step where we designed a simulated arch and built the LED displays accordingly with different options of electronics component and pitch.
We proposed 20 LED arch outdoor display using a pitch 6mm for outdoors which is fully weatherproof with an IP67 .
Street Co’ has provided the full turnkey solution for the parametric LED outdoor arch display by being involved in both

The screen run 4 electrical circuits to power 60 LED floor tiles in order to avoid a complete blackout if the power were to be cut. Each line hold 12 LED panels and maximum consumption is 12,6KW. At final result, we installed an outdoor parametric led arch.

Arch LED displays and other unconventional shape LED displays have become quite popular over the last few years. They have the potential to send powerful messages in a very unique and distinct way that would enhance just about any brand. In essence, it gives a breath of fresh air to advertising and promotion efforts which establish corporate identity from an entirely different perspective. The feedback so far from the customers has been incredibly positive.
